Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At ParcelWish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Items that are incorrect (wrong product or size sent)

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or our Customer Service page within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Send us a photo of the item and your order number.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day.
  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3โ€“5 working days back to your original payment method (via FPX / online banking).

Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
